Ganesh is one of my favorite gods in Hindu Mythology. We pray to him before starting anything new. As kids we loved him, since his festival is associated with delicious sweets (Ganesh loves ‘modaks’ which is a kind of a dumpling, with a jaggery and coconut filling).

As a cartoonist I love him because in  his stories he has a sense of humor about himself and the world around him. So here is a small gif I tried to make. If this posts alright, I will try to work on this and make it a bit smoother and add some more frames. It animates on my computer, hope it works for everyone (if not, back to the drawing board…no pun intended). Let me know if the gif works.
